Should you wish to apply for a visa with family members, each dependent will require a copy of their passport, passport photo, and birth certificate if under 18.

In the case of online school, a school enrollment letter is also necessary. Ensure that these documents are translated into English and digitized.

✔️ Step 2: Submit an online application

Now that you’ve obtained the necessary documents, translated them, and digitized them – your application is ready to be submitted online.

Visit the Minister of Communication, Work, Energy and Labour website to complete your online application. Be sure to fill in all the required information and attach your relevant documents for submission.


💰 Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

Upon submitting your application, you must cover the non-refundable cost for both the visa and processing fee.

Additional charge of $250 (€233) per dependent.

All fees are non-refundable, and all Montserrat Remote Work Stamp applications must be accompanied by proof of payment.

Payment must be made using the credit card details provided on the application form. A receipt will be issued for the applicant and their declared dependents.

⏳ Step 4: Wait for Approval

The processing time for your digital nomad visa will be seven business days. You will be notified via email if your Montserrat digital nomad visa application has been approved or denied.

Make sure you bring your approval letter with you to Montserrat. On arrival in Montserrat, you will receive the 12-Month Remote Worker Stamp, valid for one full year from that date.

Since the Stamp is only valid for 12 months, you must reapply through the standard application procedures if you wish to stay in Montserrat longer.
