Our Experience at Nap Lab Coworking Space in Bangkok
With Thailand reopening its borders as of Jan 1st 2022, more and more digital nomads are returning to this land of smiles.
And who can blame them? With its fast internet, cheap cost of living & fantastic food, it is a great place to base yourself as a digital nomad. It’s why Lau and I decided to spend some time in Bangkok whilst Bella was out of water for the winter months.
But where does one work in Bangkok? What are the best coworking spots? This article is part 1 of 3, where we’ll share our top 3 coworking spots we’ve recently visited and a few cafes and restaurants close by to each, which we’d recommend checking out if you’re passing through Bangkok as a digital nomad. First on our list is Nap Lab.
Check out our other articles in this series, where we shared our thoughts on Union Space and Wolf Coworking space.

Nap Lab
Nap Lab is situated in the heart of the university district and is one of the most architecturally interesting coworking spaces we visited during our time in Bangkok.
It’s spread over four floors, the first two dedicated to coworking and the 3rd and 4th for co-living. Lets look at what you can expect.
📍 Location
759 Soi Chula 6 Banthad Tong Road Pathumwan
🤑 Price
4 hours - 160 Baht / $4,50
12 hours - 260 Baht / $7
24 hours - 365 Baht / $10
Monthly - 3.350 Baht / $94
🕛 Open Time
24/7
Nap is built around the idea that a 20-30 minute nap can enable you to be more productive whilst working. The space has sleeping pods double as work spots to facilitate this idea.
These can be found on the first floor, in a multi-level yellow structure, which faces a wall of windows looking out over leafy trees. The space has high ceilings and is elevated, which creates a great airy feeling about the space. It also welcomes you to remove your shoes, leaving you feeling you’re working at someone’s home.
Dotted around are low tables for group work and benches running up along the windows, which act as a perfect place to watch the Bangkok storms, whilst in between meetings.
You’ll find more sleep/work pods up on the second floor. However, the floor plan on this level is more similar to a traditional open-plan office with many desks and chairs laid out.
When you need a break from your meetings, blow off some steam and take the slide down to the ping pong and cafeteria area.
Once down in the cafeteria, you can grab a coffee from the cafe using your one free drink pass given on entry.
Make sure to use it before 6 pm when they close up. If you are a coffee addict like me, and you need more than one coffee per day, expect to pay 80 baht for a cappuccino.
At the back, next to the cafeteria, private meeting rooms can be booked in advance and at an additional fee. They range from 320 Baht per hour to 2600 Baht depending on which room and have a capacity from 7-120 people.
On the third and fourth floor, Nap Lab offers one of 40 apartments based on monthly bookings. Expect to pay between 10,000-18000 Baht per month.
Good Food Close-by - Lust Ramen
If you decide to base yourself at Nap Lab, swing by “Lust Ramen” after work and grab a delicious ramen for 100-150 baht.
It’s situated on the same square as Nap Lab and Lau, and I found it to be the perfect way to end the day.
