📄 Valid Travel Document
You must have a valid passport.
🌍 Be part of an OECD country
You must be a citizen or a resident of an Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) country.
💻 Proof of Remote Work
You must be able to show that you're a remote worker:
- You must be a freelancer or entrepreneur with customers outside of Latvia.
- Or have a remote employment contract from a foreign employer.
- This business must officially be registered in an OECD country.
💰 Meet the Minimum Monthly Income
Self-employed applicants must meet the minimum annual income requirement of at least €2,857.50 ($3,061.88) per month.
One must submit bank certification and authenticated bank statements to establish proof of sufficient income and funding.
